“My approach to therapy starts within the self and outwards. The outside environment reflects how we are doing on the inside. If there is balance within us, there will be balance in the world around us as well. I can help you reach that balance within yourself so that you can build a healthy physical and emotional environment to live in peacefully.

I have worked with children in elementary, junior high, and high school, adults of all stages of life, families, and couples. I am passionate about the concept of internal balance leading to external balance, and I enjoy working with older teens and adults on subjects of self-discovery and self-acceptance, self-confidence, and self-esteem. I rely more heavily on solution-focused therapy, CBT, and narrative therapy with a sprinkling of creativity where appropriate. My approach is to meet you where you are at and work together to improve self-image, balance, and therefore life.”
