The relationship between therapist and client is paramount to a successful outcome in therapy. In order for the therapeutic relationship to thrive, the therapist must create a place where clients feel that they are able to share their story. I believe in being open, honest, and straight forward so that clients may do this. I draw from several therapy models depending on what best fits the needs of my clients. Some of these may include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, person centered therapy, as well as solution focused techniques. Through the journey of therapy, I assist clients in working towards making positive changes in their lives so that they are able to live their best life.”
