“I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and a member of the Psychologists Association of Alberta. I completed a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University. Connecting with others and aiding them in their journey of healing and self-discovery is my passion. I have supported children, teens, and adults working through experiences such as trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, relationship issues, career navigation, behaviour issues, codependency, and emotional disturbance. My experience in community outreach programs, school settings, as well as community-based centres, has increased my knowledge and ability to facilitate techniques that improve one’s mental well-being.

I believe in building a trusting, collaborative, and mutually respectful relationship with you as I listen to your story. By doing this, I hope to build an environment in which you feel safe. I utilize different therapeutic approaches including Psychodynamic Therapy, Play Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solution Focused techniques. The approach or combination of approaches I employ will be decided by your unique needs and personality. Throughout our time together, my intent is to help you navigate life’s challenges, guide you through self-discovery, and encourage you along the path of your choosing.”
