“I am a Provisional Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and a member of the Psychologists Association of Alberta. I completed my Master of Science in Forensic Psychology through Walden University and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology through Mount Royal University. I have several areas of interest and experience, including play therapy, attachment/trauma, emotional regulation, behavioural issues, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. I have experience working with female corrections and residential/community-based mental health settings with children and adolescents. My primary interest lies in working with children and adolescents.

Both as a provisional psychologist and as an individual, I bring honesty, empathy, compassion and a non-judgemental approach to my interactions with others. I also value kindness, patience, and open-mindedness. It is very important to me to create a safe space for my clients so they can be themselves and feel comfortable disclosing information.

I work from a strength-based culturally sensitive approach and may use a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Humanistic Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. I believe that therapy is a partnership, and by working together, I want my clients to feel motivated and empowered to reach their goals and become their best selves.”
