“I am a Provisional Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and a member of the Psychologists Association of Alberta. I completed my Masters of Science in Applied Behaviour Analysis through Queens University Belfast and my Bachelor of Psychology through the National University of Ireland, Maynooth. I am currently enrolled in a Post-Graduate program in Psychological Assessment through Concordia University of Edmonton. I have several areas of interest and experience, including supporting children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities (and their parents), anxiety, learning, ADHD, depression, family systems, OCD tendencies, play therapy, and various socio-emotional and behavioural needs. I have experience in a variety of settings including residential services, in-home services, schools, and community based services.

I am from the land of one hundred thousand welcomes (Céad Míle Fáilte) and believe that a warm and genuinely open welcome will allow me to create a safe space for us to connect and for you to feel comfortable in sharing your life experiences with me. My empathetic approach will ensure that you never feel judged for being you or for the experiences you have encountered in your life. I also believe that you are the expert in your life’s journey and together WE can empower you to bring more self-awareness, balance, positivity, and meaning to your life.

To the parents seeking supports for their children, as a parent, I understand the joys and challenges our little ones (and not so little ones) can bring us. I can assure you that the same values outlined above will be afforded to your child in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

My approach will always be person-centered and will integrate aspects of Behaviour Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Relational Practices to support you (or your child) on your journey
