In addition to providing administrative support, our online client management software JaneApp, manages all aspects of therapeutic services, from Online Booking to Charting. With automated reminders to support caseload management, JaneApp frees up your time to focus on what you do best.

As a part of our practice, we seek individuals who are registered and in good standing with a related regulatory body (CAP, CCAP, etc.), have professional liability insurance of at least $5M and can maintain the clinic’s Standards of Practice, values, and policies.

As a tech-forward practice, we prioritize applicants who consider themselves technologically savvy. Strong oral and written communication skills are important to us, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment. Finally, we seek a provider who can commit to a consistent schedule and prioritizes continuity of care.
